Clients are responsible for providing accurate information during consultations, including size details, preferences, budget, and delivery information. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information provided by clients.

Prices of products sourced may vary depending on supplier availability, shipping costs, customs duties, and market fluctuations. We reserve the right to adjust pricing where necessary and will communicate any changes before proceeding with purchases.

Full or agreed partial payment may be required before sourcing or purchasing items on behalf of clients. Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, supplier location, and logistics conditions. While we strive to meet estimated timelines, SEVEN HILLS STYLE ENTERPRISES is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or unforeseen circumstances.

Due to the nature of personal shopping and sourced goods, returns and refunds are subject to supplier policies. Custom orders and specially sourced items may not be eligible for return unless defective. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

We reserve the right to decline service to any client where necessary, including cases involving fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, or violation of these terms.

All website content, including text, images, branding, and logos, remains the intellectual property of SEVEN HILLS STYLE ENTERPRISES and may not be reproduced without permission.
